摘要
我国公路建设能力不断提高,强化工程监理工作成为公路交通行业的一项关键任务。但是在具体施工中,各种问题频繁出现,严重影响了工程项目的建设效果。因此,有关部门必须加强对工程施工的监督管理力度,充分保障工程施工质量。基于此,结合实践经验,分析对公路工程监理进行全面质量管理的有效措施。
Our country's highway construction capacity continues to improve,strengthening engineering supervision has become a key task of highway traffic industry.However,in the concrete construction,various problems frequently occur,seriously affecting the construction effect of the project.Therefore,the departments concerned must strengthen the supervision and management of the project construction,and fully guarantee the construction quality.Combined with practical experience,this paper analyzes the effective measures of total quality management for highway engineering supervision.
