基于LoRa技术的煤矿单体液压支柱监测终端 被引量:6

摘要 针对煤炭综采面单体液压支柱压力监测装置布线困难,测量精度低等问题,设计了基于LoRa技术的煤矿单体液压支柱监测终端。监测终端与取压接口连接,作为测压节点,通过LoRa技术组网,实现单体液压支柱压力分布式测量,开发了低功耗运行的下位机程序。实验表明,本终端能够实时监测单体液压支柱压力,实现压力值在线显示和无线远传的功能,提高了测量精度,简化了装置安装过程。 In view of the difficulties in wiring and low measurement accuracy of the single hydraulic prop pressure monitoring device in the fully mechanized coal mining face,a monitoring terminal for the single hydraulic prop in the coal mine based on LoRa technology was designed.The monitoring terminal is connected with the pressure measuring interface as the pressure measuring node.Through the LoRa technology networking,the distributed measurement of the pressure of the single hydraulic prop is realized.The lower computer program for low power consumption operation is developed.The experiment shows that the terminal can monitor the pressure of the single hydraulic prop in real time,realize the functions of online display and wireless remote transmission of the pressure value,improve the measurement accuracy,and simplify the installation process of the device.
