1012孤岛工作面(外段)冲击危险性评价与抗冲能力校核 被引量:1

摘要 1012工作面外段三面临空,为典型孤岛工作面,具有潜在冲击风险。针对某矿1012外段孤岛工作面易受冲击扰动的问题,利用实验室试验、理论分析与数值模拟,分析了工作面应力演化与冲击危险性。结果表明:(1)利用煤样冲击倾向性测定指标对下10煤进行冲击危险等级判定,显示下10煤冲击倾向性类别为Ⅰ类;(2)工作面回采区域附近形成小范围应力集中,整体应力数值不高;(3)工作面冲击地压危险综合指数为0.26,危险等级评价为弱冲击危险。通过理论计算对工作面支护能力进行校核,结果支护系统能达到抵抗冲击地压的标准。 The outer section 3 of 1012 working face is empty,which is a typical island working face with potential impact risk.Aiming at the problem that the isolated working face of the 1012 outer section of a mine is susceptible to impact disturbance,the stress evolution and impact risk of the working face are analyzed by means of laboratory tests,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The results show that:(1)The impact risk level of the lower 10 coals is determined by the bursting liability measurement index of coal sample,which shows that the bursting liability category of the lower 10 coals isⅠ;(2)A small range of stress concentration is formed near the mining area of the working face,and the overall stress value is not high;(3)The comprehensive index of rock burst risk of working face is 0.26,and the risk grade is evaluated as weak impact risk.The supporting ability of working face is checked by theoretical calculation,and the result shows that the supporting system can meet the standard of resisting rock burst.
