大倾角综放面支架失稳机理及防控技术

Instability Mechanism and Control Technology of Powered Support in Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining with Large Dip Angle

摘要 针对大倾角综放面支架稳定性控制特点,以邹庄煤矿7401大倾角综放面工程地质条件为背景,开展了煤岩物理力学参数测试,构建了大倾角综放面“支架-围岩”力学模型,分析了支架失稳影响因素,确定了支架倾倒临界初撑力,提出了大倾角综放面输送机防滑、支架防倒防滑、工作面防飞矸伤人安全技术措施,并开展了支架运行状态现场实测。研究表明:大倾角综放面支架稳定性随着支架自重、煤层倾角的增大,支架宽度、顶煤与支架间的摩擦因数的减小而降低。7401工作面为了防止支架发生倾倒所需要的临界初撑力为102 kN,7401工作面选用ZF10000/18/36D放顶煤液压支架,初撑力为7 756 kN,能够满足支护设计要求。工作面支架运行状态良好,实现了大倾角综放面安全高效开采。 Aim to the characteristics of stability control of powered support in fully mechanized top coal caving mining with large dip angle,and combining with the geological and engineering conditions of 7401 fully mechanized top coal caving mining in Zouzhuang coal mine.The physical and mechanical parameters of coal and rock were tested,the mechanical models of support and surrounding-rock were established for fully mechanized top coal caving mining with large dip angle.The influencing factors on the instability of the powered support were analyzed,and the critical setting load of powered support instability were deduced.The safety technical measures were put forward to prevent the conveyor from slipping,the support from falling down and slipping,and the working face from flying gangue,and the field measurement of support operation status were carried out.The results showed that the stability of the powered support reduces with the increase indead weight of support,dip angle of coal seam,and the decrease in support width and friction coefficient between top coal and support.The critical setting load of powered support is 102 kN for 7401 working face,while the 7401 working face selected the ZF10000/18/36D top coal caving powered support with 7756 kN setting load,which can meet the requirements of support design.The support of the working face is in good working condition,realizing safe and efficient extraction in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining with large dip angle.
