摘要
电阻应变计贴片胶(以下简称贴片胶)是一种特殊的胶粘剂,用于将应变计粘贴在弹性体表面,进而实现应力/应变的传递。贴片胶的性能对所得传感器的各项指标(如零漂、蠕变、滞后等)有至关重要的影响,是制备高品质应变传感器的重要材料之一。综述了贴片胶的最新研究和应用进展,包括应变传递机理、贴片胶对传感器性能的影响、贴片胶的分类、各组分对贴片胶的影响,并比较了国内外常见的应变计贴片胶产品。
Bonding adhesive for electric resistance strain gauge is one of the most used specialty adhesives,which is usually applied onto the surface of the spring element to bond the strain gauges and then to achieve the purpose of strain/stress transmitting of the as-prepared sensor.The bond-ing adhesive has a great influence on the varied parameters of the as-prepared strain sensors(e.g.,zero drift,creep,hysteresis,etc.),rendering it to be one of the key materials in the preparation of high-quality strain sensors.The research and application progress in the bonding adhesives,the strain/stress transmitting mechanisms,the effects on the performance of strain sensors,the categories,and the effects of the ingredients on the bonding adhe-sives are reviewed,in addition the commercial bonding adhesives worldwide are compared.
