摘要
目前肿瘤发病率与死亡率逐年升高,已经成为全球第二大死因。药物治疗是抗肿瘤治疗的主要措施之一,尤其对于一些不能手术的转移性或晚期肿瘤。抗肿瘤药物不良反应可涉及全身各个脏器,常见不良反应包括骨髓抑制、心脏毒性以及消化道毒性等。相比于上述常见的不良反应,抗肿瘤药物引起超敏反应的发生率较低,然而考虑到超敏性不良反应一旦发生可能危及生命、影响后续的抗肿瘤治疗,因此在抗肿瘤药物治疗过程中需要重视并监测可能发生的超敏反应,并及时妥善处理。本综述概述常见抗肿瘤药物引起超敏反应的临床表现、机制、诊断方法以及处理措施。
The morbidity and mortality of tumor increases year by year and tumors have been the second leading cause of death throughout the world at present.Pharmaceutical therapy is one kind of common methods for treatment of tumor,especially for metastatic and advanced tumors without the opportunity of operation.Usually,multiple organs were involved in adverse effects of anti-tumor drugs.Common adverse effects include bone marrow suppression,cardiotoxicity,gastrointestinal toxicity,etc.Compared with adverse effects mentioned above,the incidence of hypersensitivity reactions caused by anti-tumor drugs is lower.However,hypersensitivity reactions caused by anti-tumor drugs should be paid more attention to and monitored carefully,because they can be life-threatening and affect subsequent anti-tumor therapy.Clinical manifestations,mechanisms,diagnostic and therapeutic methods of anti-tumor drugs mediated hypersensitivity reactions were reviewed in this article.
