摘要
本文对本质安全理念发展进行梳理,并结合空管业内通信导航设备的维护工作实际,分析国内外形成本质安全的理论成果与空管设备维护工作的相关特点,通过对空管设备维护中“人、机、环、管”4个要素的本质安全化进行思考,提出了空管设备维护关键因素的本质安全的理念,以期达到设备维护的本质安全。
This paper lists the development of intrinsic safety concept,analyzes the theoretical achievements of intrinsic safety at home and abroad and the relevant characteristics of air traffic control equipment maintenance work based on the actual maintenance of communication and navigation equipment in the air traffic control industry,and puts forward the concept of intrinsic safety of the key factors of air traffic control equipment maintenance by considering the intrinsic safety of the four elements of“man,machine,environment,control”in air traffic control equipment maintenance,so as to achieve the intrinsic safety of equipment maintenance.
