摘要
注意力问题是青少年儿童乃至成人常见的问题。设计一种基于触屏点击的舒尔特方格训练方案,记录训练中反应时和眼动数据。实验组每3天一次进行为期一个月的注意力训练。受试者在训练前后进行视听整合连续执行测试(integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test,IVA-CPT)注意力测试。研究对比分析了训练过程中受试者反应时间、注视点分布、注视时间、扫视长度等参数,还对比了训练前后实验组和对照组IVA-CPT商数的变化。结果表明:实验组注意力训练后任务反应时显著缩短,眼动多种参数改善且具有统计学差异。训练后其综合尺度注意力商数等指标相较对照组有较大提升且具有统计学差异。研究成果为注意力训练和训练效果研究提供一种理论依据和技术支持。
Attention problems are common problems in adolescents and even adults.A training protocol based on Schulte square was designed,and response time and eye movement data were recorded during the training.The experimental group received attention training every 3 days for a month.Subjects took the integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test(IVA-CPT)attention test before and after training.The parameters were analyzed such as reaction time,fixation distribution,fixation time,scanning length,etc.The results show that the task reaction time of the experimental group is significantly shortened after attention training,and various parameters of eye movements are improved and statistically different.After training the quotients such as the comprehensive scale attention quotient are greatly improved and statistically different from those in the control group.The research results provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the study of attention training and training effects.
