摘要
目的探究延伸护理对2型糖尿病患者在出院之后遵医嘱行为以及血糖指标所产生的临床效果。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月在苏州京东方医院接受治疗的80例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分组,每组40例,给予对照组常规护理方案,给予研究组延伸护理方案,并对两组患者护理前后血糖指标(餐前血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)以及遵医嘱行为评分(饮食、运动、血糖监测、用药以及足部护理)进行对比。结果研究组患者护理后的空腹血糖为(6.22±1.43)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(8.26±1.13)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白为(6.76±0.22)%,各项血糖指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的遵医嘱行为评分分别为饮食(29.68±2.84)分、运动(13.28±1.06)分、血糖监测(13.19±1.07)分、用药(13.06±1.11)分、足部护理(29.89±3.29)分,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者在出院之后实施延伸护理具有显著的临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of extended nursing care on patients with type 2 diabetes'compliance with medical advice and blood glucose indicators after discharge.Methods 80 patients with diabetes who were treated in Suzhou BOE Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into 40 patients in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing scheme,and the study group was given extended nursing scheme,and compared the blood glucose indicators(pre prandial blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin)and compliance behavior scores(diet,exercise,blood glucose monitoring,medication,and foot care)between the two groups of patients before and after nursing care.Results The fasting blood glucose of the study group patients after nursing was(6.22±1.43)mmol/L,the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose was(8.26±1.13)mmol/L,and the glycated hemoglobin was(6.76±0.22)%,all blood glucose indicators were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group patients'compliance behavior scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,including diet(29.68±2.84)scores,exercise(13.28±1.06)scores,blood glucose monitoring(13.19±1.07)scores,medication(13.06±1.11)scores,and foot care(29.89±3.29)scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of extended care for patients with type 2 diabetes after discharge from hospital has significant clinical value.
