摘要
目的 探讨康柏西普玻璃体腔注药联合视网膜激光光凝术治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效。方法 选取2020年9月-2022年9月福建省宁化县总医院眼科收治的96例糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组48例。对照组应用视网膜激光光凝术治疗,研究组应用康柏西普玻璃体腔注药联合视网膜激光光凝术治疗。比较两组疗效、最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心视网膜厚度。结果 研究组患者的临床治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的最佳矫正视力及黄斑中心视网膜厚度更优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康柏西普玻璃体腔注药联合视网膜激光光凝术治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的治疗效果更加显著,可以有效降低机体黄斑水肿的厚度,改善视功能,并提高患者的最佳矫正视力水平。
Objective To explore the efficacy of conbercept vitreous cavity injection combined with retinal laser photo-coagulation in the treatment of diabetic macular edema.Methods A total of 96 patients with diabetic macular edema admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology,Ninghua County General Hospital of Fujian Province from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with retinal laser photocoagulation,and the study group was treated with conbercept intravitreal injection combined with retinal laser photocoagulation.The efficacy,best corrected visual acuity and central macular retinal thickness were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical treatment effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The best corrected visual acuity and macular central retinal thickness of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conbercept vitreous cavity injection combined with retinal laser photocoagulation for the treatment of dia-betic macular edema has a more significant therapeutic effect,which can effectively reduce the thickness of macular edema,improve the visual function,and improve the best-corrected visual acuity level of the patients.
