At present,the development of greenlow-carbon economy has become a globa l consensus,and is also the top priority for China’s economic development.To promote carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,scientific and technological innovation and technology application is a key support.Recently,several ministries and departments jointly issued the“Implementation Plan for Green and Low-carbon Advanced Technology Demonstration Projects”(hereinafter referred to as“the Plan”),aiming to further accelerate the demonstration and application of green and low-carbon advanced and applicable technologies。
