摘要
基于产品全生命周期管理(PLM)理念,从模型管理角度出发,构建一套模型全生命周期管理框架,将其划分为规划设计、研发验证、运营维护3个阶段,并对技术、过程、质量等内容进行全流程把控。在模型应用中将框架进一步扩展:一方面,通过构建共享知识库,形成图形拓扑结构,提升知识图谱可视化,为模型研发人员提供工作支持;另一方面,提出模型个性化定制新应用方向,为模型应用人员提供便利,提升PHM系统建设的柔性化,为动车组PHM模型全生命周期管理与应用提供新思路。
Based on the concept of product lifecycle management(PLM),a model full lifecycle management framework is created from the perspective of model management,which divides management into three stages:planning&design,R&D verification,and operation&maintenance,and controls the technology,process,and quality throughout the whole process.The framework is further extended in model application:On the one hand,by building a shared knowledge base,a graphical topology structure is established to improve the visualization of the knowledge graph and provide support for model R&D personnel;on the other hand,a new application field of model customization is proposed to provide convenience for model users,make the PHM system more flexible,and provide new ideas for the full lifecycle management and application of the EMU PHM model.
