摘要
本文旨在深入探讨弯管机模具在运行过程中出现的异常断裂问题,经过系统的分析,包括材料的组成、表面硬度、金相分析、非金属杂质电镜测试分析、弯管模具结构等,最终得出结论:由于材料中夹杂物的过量存在,弯管模具固定方式与结构的不合理,使得模具的抗冲击韧性和抗疲劳性能急剧下降,从而导致模具的脆性瞬断。本文的分析结果可以为模具的加工制造提供参考,通过调整弯管模具固定方式与结构设计参数以期达到更好的管材成形效果。
This paper aims to deeply explore the abnormal fracture of the pipe bending machine mold in the operation process.After systematic analysis,including material composition,surface hardness,metallographic analysis,non-metallic impurity electron microscope test analysis,and the structure of the pipe bending mold,the final conclusion is drawn:Due to the excessive existence of inclusions in the material,the unreasonable fixing method and structure of the bending mold make the impact toughness and fatigue resistance of the mold drop sharply,resulting in the brittleness of the mold.The analysis results of this paper can provide a reference for the manufacturing of the mold,and better forming effect can be achieved by adjusting the fixing method and structural design parameters of the bending mold.
