摘要
通过对原子吸收分光光度计用铜、镉、汞、锰、砷、铯元素空心阴极灯12年的校准数据进行统计、分析,提出空心阴极灯的校准结果确认指标为:铜灯零点漂移吸光度不超过±0.003、噪声吸光度不超过0.002;镉灯零点漂移吸光度不超过±0.004、噪声吸光度不超过0.003;砷灯、铯灯、锰灯和汞灯启辉能够正常启辉即可。空心阴极灯的校准周期3年较为合理。
On the basis of 12 years calibration result statistics and data analysis in copper lamp,cadmium lamp,mercury lamp,manganese lamp,arsenic lamp,cesium lamp of atomic absorption spectrophotometer,confirmation indicators were proposed as follows.Copper lamp zero drift absorbance was not more than ±0.003,noise absorbance was not more than 0.002;cadmium lamp zero drift absorbance was not more than ±0.004,noise absorbance was not more than 0.003;arsenic lamp,cesium lamp,manganese lamp,mercury lamp were started normal.It was reasonable that calibration interval of hollow cathode lamp of atomic absorption spectrophotometry was three years.
