摘要
提出了一种新型全螺栓内套筒连接节点,有效解决了方钢管梁柱全螺栓连接困难的问题,节点构造简单、造价低,提升了轻型钢结构的施工效率。概述了新型方钢管梁柱全螺栓套筒节点的分类和连接方式,总结了节点的优点及保证工程质量的技术控制要点,为新型方钢管梁柱全螺栓套筒节点的推广应用奠定了基础。
A new type of all-bolt inner sleeve connection joint is proposed,which effectively solves the problem of all-bolt connection difficulty of square steel tube beam column.The joint structure is simple and the cost is low,which improves the construction efficiency oflight steel structure.The classification and connection mode ofthe new square steel tube beam-to-column all-bolt sleeve joints are summarized.The advantages of the joints and the technical control points to ensure the engineering quality are summarized,which lays a foundation for the popularization and application of the new square steel tube beam-to-column all-bolt sleeve joints.
