摘要
青年马克思主义者培养工作是事关党的事业后继有人,是事关青年健康成长的重大问题。高校思想政治理论课教师是培养青年马克思主义者的主力军,是青年大学生理想信念的引路人。本文主要从高校思想政治理论课教师的视角出发,以课程教学和实践教学的经验为基础,去探索将岭南本土文化融入培育广东高校青年马克思主义者的路径,旨在传承弘扬岭南优秀文化、提升育人的实效性。
The cultivation of young Marxists is a major issue related to the successors of the Party's cause and the healthy growth of young people.Teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities are the main force in cultivating young Marxists and the guides of ideals and beliefs for young college students.This paper mainly starts from the perspective of teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,and based on the experience of course teaching and practical teaching,explores the path of integrating Lingnan local culture into cultivating young Marxists in Guangdong universities,aiming to inherit and carry forward Lingnan's excellent culture and improve the effectiveness of educating people.
