摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年5月至2021年12月于荣成市人民医院接受UAE的60例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料,根据不同的护理方法分为常规组(n=28)和研究组(n=32)。常规组接受常规护理模式,研究组接受人文关怀护理模式,比较两组情绪状态(HAMA、HAMD)、术后恢复情况和护理满意度。结果护理后研究组HAMA和HAMD评分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组住院时间、首次下床活动时间、首次肛门排气时间短于常规组,护理满意率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀在UAE患者手术室护理中应用,能够改善不良情绪,缩短术后恢复时间,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in operating room nursing of patients with uterine arterial embolization(UAE).Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with uterine myoma who underwent UAE in Rongcheng People’s Hospital from May 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the routine group(n=28)and the study group(n=32).The routine group was given the routine nursing mode,and the study group was given the humanistic care nursing mode.The emotional state(HAMA,HAMD),postoperative recovery status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay,time to get out of bed for the first time,and time to first anal exhaust in the study group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the operating room nursing of UAE patients can improve the negative mood,shorten the postoperative recovery time and improve nursing satisfaction.
