摘要
为了探索药企门禁中,融入虹膜和Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)技术,解决Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP)生产管理难题的应用,通过分析药企门禁对生产管理的特殊需求,结合现有门禁技术,设计该系统,并通过实验验证了该系统的稳定可靠性,以及实际效果。实验验证了系统各部分连接组合的稳定性、应用程序的保活能力以及业务功能的健壮性,该系统能根据洁净服状态以及人员权限可靠地控制药企生产区域人员的进出,并记录重要数据以供追溯使用,因此该系统可以有效地提高制药企业的生产管理水平,保障制药环境的安全和质量,可为药企实现安全、高效的生产管理,提供新思路和方法。
This paper aims to explore the application of integrating iris and radio frequency identification(RFID)technology in access control of pharmaceutical enterprises to solve the problems of good manufacturing practice(GMP)production management.By analyzing the special needs of production management in pharmaceutical enterprises,combined with the existing access control technology,the system is designed,and experiments are conducted to verify the stability and reliability of the system,and to solve practical problems.The experiment verifies the stability of the combination of all parts of the system,the viability of the APP and the robustness of the business function.Through the analysis of the experimental results,the system can reliably control the entry and exit of personnel in the production area of pharmaceutical enterprises according to the state of cleanroom garments and personnel authority,and record important data for traceability.
