摘要
                
                    对退火态TC4钛合金棒进行不同方式的固溶处理,利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和拉伸试验机研究其显微组织和力学性能的变化。结果表明:TC4钛合金经两相区固溶水冷后的组织为初生等轴α相和细针状α′相,960℃固溶处理的合金强度及塑性达到良好匹配;960℃固溶处理后水冷的合金组织为初生等轴α相和细针状α′马氏体,力学性能最佳;固溶处理后风冷15 s+水冷的合金组织为片层α相和针状α′马氏体,其塑性优于固溶处理后空冷10 s+水冷的合金,且两者强度相近。因此若实际工艺达不到直接水冷的要求,可采用风冷15 s+水冷的方式。
                
                Different solution treatments were performed on the annealed TC4 titanium alloy rods,and the changes in microstructure and mechanical properties were studied by using metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,and tensile tester.The results showed that(a)the microstructure of TC4 titanium alloy after solution treatment in the two-phase region and water cooling consisted of primary equiaxedαphase and fine needle-likeα′phase,and the alloy solution treated at 960℃exhibited a good match between strength and plasticity;(b)the alloy solution treated at 960℃then water cooled exhibited primary equiaxedαphase and fine needle-likeα′martensite,and therefore possessed the best mechanical properties;(c)and the alloy solution treated,forced-air cooling for 15 s then water cooled obtained laminarαphase and needle-likeα′martensite with the result that the alloy exhibited plasticity superior to that of the alloy solution treated,air cooled for 10 s then water cooled,and their strength was similar.Therefore,if the actual process cannot meet the requirements of direct water cooling,the method of forced-air cooling for 15 s then water cooling can be used.
