摘要
研究了焊接热输入(7、35及50 kJ/cm)对S420ML钢板焊接接头典型位置组织转变及断裂韧性的影响。结果表明:随着热输入的增大,热影响区断裂韧性先升高后降低,焊缝断裂韧性薄弱区域为粗晶热影响区;随着热输入的增大,接头粗晶区组织从马氏体转变为板条贝氏体和粒状贝氏体,临界热影响区奥氏体逆转变的碳化物尺寸增大;接头断裂韧性低于母材,焊后消除应力处理有利于改善接头的断裂韧性。
Influence of welding heat input(7,35 and 50 kJ/cm)on microstructure transformation and fracture toughness at typical positions of S420ML steel welded joints was studied.The results showed that(a)with the increase of heat input,the fracture toughness of the heat-affected zone increased at first and then decreased,and the weak zone of fracture toughness of weld seam was coarse grained heat affected zone(CGHAZ);(b)with the increase of heat input,the microstructure in the coarse grain zone of joint transformed from marteniste to lath bainite and grainular bainite,and the size of carbides derived from reverse transformation of austenite in the inter-critical heat-affected zone(ICHAZ)increased;and(c)fracture toughness of the welded joint was lower than that of base metal,and the post-welding stress relieving treatment was beneficial to the improvement in fracture toughness of the welded joint.
