摘要
铅钙银基三元及多元合金板在降低吸氧电位、耐腐蚀及抗蠕变性能方面表现出较明显的优势,且可降低极板中银使用量40%左右,但在使用过程中也存在极板易变形、电流效率衰减快、极板寿命短等问题,严重制约了多元合金板的推广应用。通过对Pb-Ag-Ca-Sr-La多元合金阳极板进行晶粒晶界优化,使其抗拉强度提升5.26%,硬度提升7.03%,导电率提升6.25%,制备出抗变形、电流效率稳定,且更适合高酸、高杂质、高电流密度电解工艺的多元合金板。
Pb-Ca-Ag based ternary and multicomponent alloy plates show obvious advantages in reducing oxygen absorption potential,corrosion resistance and creep resistance,and can reduce the amount of silver used in plates by about 40%,but there are also problems in using,such as easy deformation of plate,fast decay of electrical efficiency,and short life of plate,which seriously restrict the popularization and application of multicomponent alloy plates.By optimizing the grain boundary of Pb-Ag-Ca-Sr-La multicomponent alloy anode plate,the tensile strength,hardness and conductivity of Pb-Ag-Ca-Sr-La multicomponent alloy anode plate are increased by 5.26%,7.03%and 6.25%,respectively,the multicomponent alloy anode plates with good deformation resistance and stable electrical efficiency are prepared,which is more suitable for high acidity,high impurity and high current density electrolysis process.
