摘要
桔小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis Herdel)是重要的检疫性果蔬害虫,采用实验室内饲养技术提供龄期一致的试虫是研究其生物学特性、综合防治,以及抗药性机制的重要前提。为提高桔小实蝇室内饲养效率与规范性,以天然寄主果实与人工饲料饲喂桔小实蝇,观察记录桔小实蝇的孵化、羽化、取食、产卵等行为,摸索出卵、幼虫、蛹、成虫各个虫期的饲养流程及其技术要点。在室内可控条件下,对桔小实蝇的生长发育进行研究并构建种群生命表。结果表明:人工饲料饲养和寄主果实饲养2种模式下,桔小实蝇的净增殖率R_(0)分别为262.29、278.30,平均世代历期T分别为59.37、53.18,内禀增长率r_(m)分别为0.12、0.13,周限增长率λ分别为1.02、1.21,种群倍增时间DT分别为8.33、9.21。因此,寄主果实和人工饲料对桔小实蝇的饲养效果接近,且均有利于桔小实蝇的种群增长。
Bactrocera dorsalis is an important quarantine pest in fruits and vegetables.It is an important prerequisite to study the biological characteristics,comprehensive control and resistance mechanism of B.dorsalis by breeding the same age in laboratory.In this study,host fruit and artificial diet were used to feed B.dorsalis.The hatching,emergence,feeding and laying behaviors were observed and recorded.The equipment,environment and procedure of indoor rearing were standardized,and the feeding process and technical key points of egg,larva,pupa and adult were found out.The growth and development of B.dorsalis were studied in laboratory under controlled conditions and the population life table was constructed.The results showed that under the two modes of artificial feed and host fruit feeding,the net growth rate R0 was 262.29 and 278.30,the average generation time T was 59.37 and 53.18,the intrinsic growth rate rm was 0.12 and 0.13,and the weekly growth rateλwas 1.02 and 1.21,respectively.The population doubling time DT was 8.33 and 9.21 respectively.Therefore,the rearing effects of host fruit and artificial diet are similar to each other,and both of them are beneficial to the population growth of B.dorsalis.
