摘要
为提升港口能效与减污降碳成效,该文提出一种考虑多源激励的港口能流–物流全过程协同调度策略。通过分析港口能流与集装箱物流全过程能量耦合关系,挖掘能流–物流协同调度提升港口整体经济与环境效益的潜力,构建港口能流–物流“双流”协同调度框架。然后,分别建立港口物流全过程调度优化模型,以及考虑需求响应激励和减污降碳激励的港口多能流调度优化模型。针对物流调度的复杂离散性与作业过程的连续性,设计基于柔性流水线车间调度原理的港口物流调度流程,采用改进非支配排序遗传算法求解物流全过程调度优化模型,并结合交替方向乘子法进行能流–物流协同调度问题求解。以某港口为例,仿真结果表明,所提策略可在保证港口集装箱物流效率的同时,降低港口能流与物流整体调度成本,减少污染气体排放。
To improve port energy efficiency and reduce pollution emissions,the paper proposes a whole-process collaborative scheduling strategy for port energy flows and logistics flows considering multi-source incentives.Firstly,by analyzing the whole-process coupling relationship of energy flows and container logistics flows,the potential of the energy flows and logistics flows collaborative scheduling for promoting the overall economic and environmental benefits of a port is developed,and a collaborative scheduling structure of energy flows and logistics flows is further constructed.Then,a whole-process scheduling optimization model of port logistics flows is built.Meanwhile,a scheduling optimization model of port multi-energy flows considering demand response(DR)incentives and pollution emissions reduction incentives is established.Moreover,to deal with the complicated discreteness of logistics scheduling and the continuity of logistics processes,a process of port logistics flow scheduling(PCLS)based on flexible flow shop scheduling(FFSS)is designed and solved by the modified non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(MNSGA-II).On this basis,the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)is used to solve this collaborative scheduling optimization problem.Finally,a port case is taken to verify that the proposed strategy can not only ensure the efficiency of port container logistics but also effectively reduce the overall port scheduling cost and its carbon and pollution emissions.
