渤海油田钻完井增产技术进展与实践 被引量:10

Development and Practice of Drilling and Completion Stimulation Technology in Bohai Oilfield

摘要 渤海主力油田已进入生产中后期阶段,钻完井作业面临高含水、低产低效、剩余油动用困难、出砂加剧等问题,为了解决以上难题和挑战,渤海油田从稳油控水、低成本开发以及高效防砂3个方向入手,形成了以稳油控水、复杂结构井、防砂完井三大钻完井增产技术为代表的渤海油田钻完井增产技术体系,创新形成可充填AICD控水防砂一体化技术、多底井钻完井技术、水平分支井技术、过筛管压裂技术等为代表的创新技术,解决了常规AICD无法进行压裂充填作业、多分支井分支井眼防砂困难、增产防砂难以兼顾等行业难题,多项技术指标处于行业领先水平。创新成果在渤海油田200余口井中进行了应用,取得较好的增产效果,为渤海油田实现稳产、增产目标奠定了坚实的技术基础。 The main oil fields in Bohai oilfield have entered the middle and late stages of production.Drilling and completion is facing problems such as high water cut,low production and low efficiency,difficulty in producing remaining oil,and increased sand production with the continuous deepening of development.In order to solve the above problems and challenges,a drilling and completion stimulation technology system of Bohai oilfield has been formed by three major drilling and completion stimulation technologies,namely,oil stabilization and water control,low-cost development and efficient sand control,and filling AICD water control and sand control integration technology,multi bottom well drilling and completion technology,horizontal branch well technology were innovatively formed,which solved the industry problems such as the inability of conventional AICD to conduct fracturing and packing operations,the difficulty of sand control in multilateral wells,and the difficulty of giving consideration to both production and sand control.Many technical indicators are at the leading level in the industry.The innovative technology represented by screen fracturing technology has been applied in more than 200 wells in Bohai oilfield,which has achieved good stimulation effect and laid a solid technical foundation for Bohai oilfield to achieve the goal of stable and competitive production.
