摘要
以武倘寻高速公路SBS改性沥青AC-13上面层为依托工程,分析细粒式SBS改性沥青混合料AC-13的拌和、运输、现场摊铺及碾压等各个施工环节,找到施工质量控制关键要点,从而优化施工中施工机械设备组合和各工序有效衔接,加以总结形成比较可行的SBS改性沥青AC-13面层施工工艺,有效保证沥青面层施工质量,在以后高速公路沥青面层施工中具有一定的推广意义。
Based on the SBS modified asphalt AC-13 upper layer of Wu-Tang-Xun Expressway,the construction procedures of fine grained SBS modified asphalt mixture AC-13 are analyzed,such as mixing,transportation,on-site paving and rolling,and the key points of construction quality control are found,so as to optimize the combination of construction machinery and equipment with the effective connection of various working procedures,summarize to form a more feasible construction technology of SBS modified asphalt AC-13 surface,effectively ensure the construction quality of asphalt pavement,and exert a certain popularizing significance in the construction of highway asphalt pavement in the future.
