沙生柽柳地理种群的抗旱性综合评价及抗旱指标筛选

Drought Resistance Identification and Screening Drought Resistance Indices for Geographical Populations within Tamarix Taklamakanensis

摘要 沙生柽柳(TamarixtaklamakanensisM.T.Liu)为我国特有物种,被认为是我国荒漠地区流动沙丘上最抗旱的固沙造林树种。对沙生柽柳地理种群进行抗旱性综合评价,全面分析其抗旱能力,能为筛选优质的抗旱种质资源,进行抗旱育种奠定基础。本研究选取分布于塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地的6个沙生柽柳地理种群,测定其与抗旱相关的13项生理生化指标,利用隶属函数法对不同地理种群的抗旱性进行综合评价。研究结果表明,不同沙生柽柳地理种群综合抗旱性排序为种群4>种群3>种群2>种群1>种群6>种群5.灰色关联度法分析表明,叶绿素a含量可作为首要的抗旱性鉴定指标;叶绿素总含量、丙二醛MDA、脯氨酸PRO、硝酸还原酶、超氧化物酶SOD、过氧化氢酶CAT、过氧化物酶POD、总抗氧化能力、BCA法蛋白含量、可溶性糖可作为重要的抗旱性鉴定指标。沙生柽柳抗旱生理特性主要受地下水影响,土壤水分条件越差,抗旱性越强。沙生柽柳抗旱指标相互制约、相互依赖、共同调节沙生柽柳的内在抗旱机制,使其通过多种途径来抵御和适应干旱环境。 Tamarix taklamakanensis M.T.Liu is a species endemic to China and considered to be the most drought-resistant species for dune-fixating forestation in deserts of China.A comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance was carried out in order to analyze its drought resistance ability and lay a foundation for selecting high quality drought resistant germplasm resources for further breeding.In this study,13 physiological and biochemical indices related to drought resistance were measured for 6 populations distributed in the central Taklimakan Desert,and the drought resistance of the populations was identified by subordinate function method.The results showed that the order of comprehensive drought resistance for the six populations was population 4>population 3>population 2>population 1>population 6>population 5.Grey correlation analysis showed that chlorophyll a content could be used as the primary index to identify drought resistance.Besides,total chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde(MDA),proline PRO,nitrate reductase,superoxidase SOD,catalase CAT,peroxidase POD,total antioxidant capacity,protein content by BCA method and soluble sugar could be used as the important indices for drought resistance identification.The drought resistance of Tamarix taklamakanensis were mainly affected by groundwater.The worse the soil water condition,the stronger the drought resistance.The drought resistance indices are mutually dependent,which can jointly regulate the internal drought resistance mechanism of the species,leading it to adapt to the drought environment by various ways.
