搅拌工艺对混凝土性能的影响研究

摘要 研究了普通搅拌工艺、净浆裹石搅拌工艺和基于剪切稀化的低粘度净浆裹石搅拌工艺对不同强度等级混凝土坍落度、倒置坍落度筒排空时间、压力泌水率及7 d和28 d抗压强度的影响。结果表明:基于剪切稀化效应,采用低粘度净浆裹石搅拌工艺更有利于提升C40、C50、C60混凝土拌合物的工作性能和力学性能,并且随着混凝土强度等级的提高,其性能改善更明显。相比于普通搅拌工艺,低粘度净浆裹石搅拌工艺可使C40、C50、C60混凝土坍落度分别提高12、14、15 mm;倒置坍落度排空时间分别减少2.1、2.6、3.2 s;28 d抗压强度分别提高2.7、4.6、10.1 MPa。 This paper investigates the effects of ordinary mixing process,net slurry wrapped with stone mixing process and low viscosity net slurry wrapped with stone mixing process based on shear thinning on the slump,emptying time of inverted slump cylinders,pressure water secretion rate,and compressive strength of 7 d and 28 d of concrete with different strength grades.The results show that bases on the shear-thinning effect,decreasing the net paste viscosity is beneficial to improve the workability and mechanical performance of C40,C50,C60 concrete mixes,and the improvement of the concrete erformance is more obvious with the increase of the concrete strength grade.Compared with the ordinary mixing process,the use of low viscosity slurry wrapped stone mixing process can increase the slump of C40,C50,C60 concrete by 12,14,15 mm,respectively;shorten the emptying time of inverted slump by 2.1,2.6 and 3.2 s,respectively;improve the 28d compressive strength by 2.7,4.6 and 10.1 MPa,respectively.
