摘要
BiFeO_(3)是一种在室温下同时存在铁电性和铁磁性的多铁性材料。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Bi_(1⁃x)La_(x)FeO_(3)粉体,研究了La的含量和烧结温度对Bi_(1⁃x)La_(x)FeO_(3)晶体结构、晶粒尺寸和电磁性能的影响。结果表明,随着La含量的增加,Bi_(1⁃x)La_(x)FeO_(3)晶格常数先增大后减小;La含量达到20%时,发生结构相变;La和Bi均可抑制Bi_(1⁃x)La_(x)FeO_(3)晶粒的生长;随着La含量的增加,Bi_(1⁃x)La_(x)FeO_(3)的矫顽力和剩磁先增大后减小,La的含量为60%时达到最大值。
BiFeO_(3)is a kind of multiferroic material with ferroelectricity and ferromagnetism at room temperature.In this paper,Bi_(1⁃x)La_(x)FeO_(3)powders were prepared by sol⁃gel method.The effects of doping of La and sintering temperature on the crystal structure,grains size and magnetism of Bi_(1⁃x)La_(x)FeO_(3)were investigated.The results showed that crystal constant of Bi_(1⁃x)La_(x)FeO_(3)increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of La content.The phase of Bi_(1⁃x)La_(x)FeO_(3)changes when doped La is 20%.Besides,both La and Bi can inhibit the crystal growth of Bi_(1⁃x)La_(x)FeO_(3).The coercivity and the remanent magnetiza⁃tion of Bi_(1⁃x)La_(x)FeO_(3)increase firstly then decrease with the increase of La and reach the maximum when doped La is 60%.
