摘要
                
                    常规液压爬模法已不能满足超高混凝土桥塔安全快速施工的要求,为了解决此技术壁垒,本项目从新型智能化设备、装配化设计施工和精细化工艺管理等方面深入研究。通过新型智能爬模解决养护龄期问题,通过增设钢筋定位卡保证钢筋安装精度,通过伸缩支架设计解决主塔内腔空间变截面问题,通过下横梁支架装配化安装、对拉预压等解决下横梁施工技术难题,大大提高了超高混凝土塔的施工工效,降低了安全风险,且本项目实践效果较好,对后续超高桥塔施工具有极大的参考价值。
                
                The conventional hydraulic climbing formwork method can no longer meet the requirements of safe and rapid construction of ultra-high concrete bridge towers.In order to solve this technical barrier,this project has conducted in-depth research from the aspects of new intelligent equipment,assembly design and construction,and refined process management.Solve the problem of maintenance age through new intelligent climbing formwork;ensure the accuracy of steel bar installation by adding steel bar spacers;cleverly solving the problem of variable cross-section in the interior space of the main tower through the design of telescopic brackets;through the assembly and installation of the lower crossbeam bracket and tension preloading,the technical difficulties in the construction of the lower crossbeam have been solved,which greatly improves the construction efficiency of the ultra-high concrete tower and reduces safety risks.Moreover,the practical effect of this project is good,which has great reference value for subsequent ultra-high bridge towers.
