摘要
浅析将陶土(无机废弃物颗粒)用作水泥添加剂对水泥胶砂试块的影响,分析陶土的物质组成,通过筛分陶土,明确4种粒径分布不同的样品,考察不同粒径样品中灰分、挥发分等组分的占比。采用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)分析陶土中无机元素的占比,采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析陶土中无机盐的组分结构,以明确将陶土作为建材的添加剂实现固废资源化利用的可行性。通过对添加陶土后的水泥试块的力学性能测试和抗凝冰试验分析,考察不同粒径的陶土样品对水泥试块性能的影响,为其在建材领域的应用提供依据。
The influence of waste clay(inorganic waste particles)as cement additive on cement mortar test block and their composition was analyzed.Four samples with different distribution of particle size were identified by screening waste clay,and the proportion of ash and volatile components with the change of particle size was investigated.X-ray fluores-cence(XRF)is used to analyze the proportion of inorganic elements in waste clay,and X-ray diffraction(XRD)is used to an-alyze the component structure of inorganic salt in clay to clarify the waste clay as an additive of building materials to achieve the feasibility of solid waste recycling.Through the mechanical performance test and the anticoagulant ice test analysis of the cement test block with added waste clay,the influence of different samples of waste clay with different particle size on the cement test block is investigated to provide evidence for its application in the field of building materials.
