电动爬升筒模在超高层建筑电梯井道施工中的应用

摘要 为尽可能避免传统高层建筑电梯井道结构施工过程中安全隐患较多的问题,针对高层建筑中电梯井道结构施工特点,研发了电动爬升筒模施工工艺。新工艺具有工具化程度高,有效节省周转材料的投入,并且大大减少了安全隐患。结合案例工程,重点介绍了电动爬升筒模的构造及其施工的工艺原理及流程,并总结了工程中所发现的新工艺的优势和特点,以期为类似工程的施工提供借鉴。 To avoid as much safety hazards as possible during the construction of traditional elevator shaft structures in high-rise buildings,an electric climbing cylinder formwork construction process is developed based on the construction characteristics of elevator shaft structures in high-rise buildings.The new process has a high degree of tooling,effectively saving the investment of turnover materials,and greatly reducing safety hazards.Combining with a case engineering,the construction of the electric climbing cylinder formwork and its construction process principle and process are focused on,and the advantages and characteristics of the new technology discovered in the project are summarized to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
