氨基吡啶-草酸型有机晶体材料结构的合成及性质研究

摘要 以2,6-二氨基吡啶和草酸为原料,在乙腈溶液中,通过缓慢蒸发,利用分子自主装的方式获得了一种新型的氢键型三维(3D)有机框架化合物。对该新型化合物进行X射线单晶结构衍射,结果表明该化合物在室温下为单斜晶系(P21/c空间群),其晶胞参数如下:a=16.894(2)Å,b=6.9514(9)Å,c=15.1097(18)Å,β=99.3450(10)°和Z=8。该化合物为三维网状结构,是通过两个2,6-二氨基吡啶阳离子和两个草酸离子之间的N-H···O氢键以及O-H···O氢键连接。化合物1的介电常数表明在高温时出现一个阶梯状介质异常,说明在390 K-410 K范围内和低频率500 Hz-1000 Hz时,N-H···O和O-H···O分子间氢键发生质子转移。 Using 2,6-diaminopyridine and oxalic acid as raw materials,a novel hydrogen-bonded three-dimensional(3D)organic framework compound was obtained in acetonitrile solution by slow evaporation and molecular self-loading.X-ray single crystal diffraction of the novel compound showed that the compound was monoclinic(P21/c space group)at room temperature.The crystal cell parameters are as follows:a=16.894(2)Å,b=6.9514(9)Å.Å,c=15.1097(18)Å,β=99.3450(10)°and Z=8.The compound has a three-dimensional network structure and is connected by N-H···O and O-H···O hydrogen bonds between two 2,6-diaminopyridine molecules and two oxalic acid ions.The dielectric constants of compound 1 occur a stepped dielectric anomaly at high temperature,suggesting proton transfer between N-H···O and O-H···O molecular hydrogen bonds in the range of 390~410 K and at low frequencies of 500 Hz-1000 Hz.
