摘要
生产执行系统是一套面向制造企业车间运行控制的生产信息化系统。该系统是工厂通过计算机集成制造系统实现设备信息集成的纽带,是高效实施企业智能制造战略和车间生产全流程自动化控制的通用技术手段。介绍了生产执行系统与计算机集成制造系统的概念、功能,以及在显示面板制造领域中二者之间的关系,描述了在该领域中生产执行系统的典型构成,最后指出显示面板行业中生产执行系统的发展方向。
The Manufacturing Execution System is a manufacturing information system for workshop operation control in manufacturing enterprises.This system is the link for factories to integrate equipment information through computer integrated manufacturing systems,and is a universal technical means for effi ciently implementing enterprise intelligent manufacturing strategies and automated control of the entire production process in the workshop.The concepts and functions of production execution systems and computer integrated manufacturing systems are introduced,as well as the relationship between the two in the fi eld of display panel manufacturing.The typical composition of production execution systems in this fi eld is described,and the development direction of production execution systems in the display panel industry fi nally is pointed out.
