摘要
为促进对外设计咨询高质量发展,对2022年ENR发布的国际工程设计企业225强榜单数据进行统计分析,从行业发展的角度剖析国际工程设计市场的业务结构,同时运用生态位理论,对我国国际工程设计企业在国际市场的主要竞争对手、优势领域、内部竞争状况进行测度。结果显示:除电力外,我国设计企业在国际市场的各个业务领域均未能占据一定的市场份额,竞争力较弱,且在优势领域存在高强度内部竞争。基于此,提出优化业务结构提高核心竞争力、加快国际并购与合作、推进企业数字化转型等对策建议。
To promote high-quality development of external design consultancy,through statistical analysis of the top 225 international design firms list released by ENR in 2022,this paper analyzes the structure of the international engineering design market from the perspective of industry development.We also measure the main competitors,dominant fields,and internal competition of Chinese international engineering design enterprises in the international market based on the ecological niche theory.The results show that Chinese design enterprises fail to occupy a certain market share in various business fields in the international market except for electric power.Chinese design firms'competitiveness is not strong enough,and there is high-intensity internal competition in dominant fields.On the basis of the above problems,we propose countermeasures such as optimizing business structure to improve core competitiveness,accelerating international mergers and acquisitions and cooperation,and promoting digital transformationofenterprises.
