体外冲击波碎石术与SRM-H3B Ho:YAG输尿管镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗输尿管结石患者的临床效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的:分别运用体外冲击波碎石术和SRM-H3B Ho:YAG输尿管镜钬激光碎石取石术实施输尿管结石患者的治疗,分析两种方法可以获得的临床疗效。方法:本研究于医院接受输尿管结石治疗的患者中随机选取44例开展实验研究,以电脑随机分组法将其分为观察组(n=22,SRM-H3B Ho:YAG输尿管镜钬激光碎石取石术)和对照组(n=22,体外冲击波碎石术)。结果:两组患者直径<1cm结石的一次碎石成功率、术后2周内结石排净率并无显著差异,P>0.05;观察组患者直径≥1cm结石的一次碎石成功率与术后2周内结石排净率、并发症发生率以及治疗时间、住院时间均显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:SRM-H3B Ho:YAG输尿管镜钬激光碎石取石术是输尿管结石患者的理想治疗方法。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)and ureteroscopic Holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy(SRM-H3B Ho:YAG)in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:44 patients with ureteral calculi were randomly selected from the patients who received treatment in the hospital,the patients were divided into two groups:one received ureteroscopic Holmium laser lithotripsy with SRM-H3B Ho:YAG and the other received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy with 22 patients in each group.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the success rate of one-step lithotripsy and the stone clearance rate within 2 weeks after operation,P>0.05.There were significant differences between the two groups in the rate of successful lithotripsy,the rate of stone clearance,the rate of complications,the time of treatment and the time of hospitalization,P<0.05.Conclusions:Ureteroscopic Holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy with SRM-H3B Ho:YAG is an ideal treatment for ureteral calculi.
