摘要
宫腔粘连是子宫内膜受损后结缔组织异常增生的结果,异常增生的结缔组织由细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)大量沉积所致。转化生长因子β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))在促进EMC的表达过程中具有重要的作用。TGF-β_(1)与宫腔粘连的发生发展密切相关,是宫腔粘连复发的危险因素。本文综述了TGF-β_(1)及其与其它细胞因子整合的相互作用在宫腔粘连中的作用机制。
Intrauterine adhesions are the result of abnormal hyperplasia of connective tissue after endometrial damage,which is caused by large amounts of extracellularmatrix(ECM)deposition.transforming growth factorβ_(1)(TGF-β_(1))plays an important role in promoting the expression of EMC.There is evidence to support that TGF-β_(1) is closely related to the occurrence and development of IUA,and is considered to be an early risk factor for disease recurrence.In this review,we discuss the role of TGF-β_(1) in IUA and focus on the mechanisms by which TGF-β_(1) integrates and interacts with other cytokines.
