摘要
骨质疏松症是一种以低骨量、骨微结构损坏,骨脆性增加为特征的全身性骨病。目前中西医均对骨质疏松症的发病机制及治疗进行探索,该文就原发性骨质疏松症的发病原理、中西医治疗方法及注意事项等进行阐述,以期为原发性骨质疏松症的治疗提供参考。
Osteoporosis is a systemic disease characterized by low bone mass,microstructural damage,and increased bone fragility.Rational diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis can reduce the risk of fractures and mortality.This review discusses the principles,treatment methods,and precautions of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of primary osteoporosis,providing references for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
