摘要
目的:构建军队药品追溯数据集,明确数据集所含各级类目,为实现军队药品全流程追溯,开发军队药品追溯系统奠定基础。方法:首先通过业务需求分析、文献资料检索和小组座谈等方法初步构建军队药品追溯数据集基本框架,然后开展德尔菲函询,通过统计分析各级类目专家评分的重要性、必要性和可及性的均数和变异系数对各级类目进行优化调整。结果:两轮德尔菲函询结果显示,各级类目专家评分变异系数呈降低趋势,肯德尔和谐系数由第一轮的0.233提高到第二轮的0.425(P<0.001),专家意见一致性水平显著提高。两轮函询专家参与程度高(95.7%、100%),权威程度高(专家权威系数≥0.75),函询结果可靠。最终确定了包括7个数据子集、144个一级类目和11个二级类目的军队药品追溯数据集。结论:基于德尔菲法构建的军队药品追溯数据集科学合理,有望为研发军队药品追溯系统提供可靠的理论依据。
Objective:To build a military drug traceability dataset,clarify the categories at all levels,in order to lay a foundation for realizing the whole process traceability of military drugs and developing the military drug traceability system.Methods:The basic framework of military drug traceability dataset was preliminarily constructed through business requirement analysis,literature retrieval and group discussion,and then Delphi study was performed.The categories at all levels were optimized and adjusted through statistical analysis of the importance,necessity,accessibility of the expert scores,the mean and coefficient of variation.Results:The coefficient of variation of expert scores at all levels showed a decreasing trend,and the Kendall coordination coefficients increased from 0.233 of the first round to 0.425 of the second round(P<0.001),which indicated that the consistency of the experts opinions had been significantly improved.The degree of expert participation(95.7%,100%)and authority(Cr≥0.75)was high in the two rounds of the Delphi study,which indicated that the results were reliable.The military drug traceability dataset including 7 data subsets,144 first-level categories and 11 second-level categories was finally established.Conclusion:The military drug traceability dataset constructed by Delphi method was scientific and reasonable,and could provide a reliable theoretical basis for the development of military drug traceability system.
