锂电池厂房低露点转轮除湿空调系统研究 被引量:2

Research on low dew point rotary dehumidification air conditioning system in Lithium battery plant

摘要 针对锂电池厂房传统除湿空调系统能耗大和再生热湿排风能源浪费,提出了热湿回收二次回风除湿空调系统。以某典型低露点卷绕车间为例,对热湿回收二次回风除湿空调系统和传统除湿空调系统的热力学性能进行对比研究。结果表明:与传统除湿空调系统相比,热湿回收二次回风除湿空调系统的再生电加热量降低了26.4%,系统热力性能系数TCOP增加了120.1%,[火用]效率提高了4.3%,并回收冷凝水量16.6 g/s,系统具有良好的节能效果。 A secondary return-air dehumidification air conditioning system with heat and humidity recovery was proposed to address the high energy consumption and waste of regenerative heat and humidity exhaust energy in traditional dehumidification air conditioning systems of lithium battery plant.Taking a typical winding workshop with low dew point as an example,a compar⁃ative study was conducted on the thermodynamic performance of a secondary return-air dehumidification air conditioning system with heat and humidity recovery and a traditional dehumidification air conditioning system.The results show that compared with traditional dehumidification air conditioning systems,the secondary return-air dehumidification air conditioning system with heat and humidity recovery reduces the regenerative electric heating energy by 26.4%,increases the thermal performance coefficient by 120.1%,improves the exergy efficiency by 4.3%,and recovers condensate water by 16.6 g/s.The system has good energy-saving effects.
