摘要
产学研成果转化模式具有普遍性,国外在此的研究和实践起步较早,经验可借鉴。但因国别地理区域不同,政治生态环境差异较大,因此在经验借鉴时,需要与国内的政治生态和特色密切结合。除了政策支持和方向引导,资金扶持、人才团队引进、物理空间建设、法律咨询、投资环境打造、市场环境等因素对转化成败的影响很大。鉴于此,围绕“政产学研”合作模式进行问题分析、文献调研、结果论证。建议因地制宜,根据市场规律进行产学研布署。
The transformation model of production,research and research results is universal.The research and practice in foreign countries started earlier,and the experiences could be references.Therefore,when learning from experiences,it needs to be fit for the domestic political ecology and characteristics.In addition to policy support and direction guidance,financial support,talents introduction,space construction,legal consultation,investment environment creation,and market environmental impact are important elements for the success of production transformation.In view of this,combined with personal experience,according to the“government,industry,and research”cooperation model,problem analysis,literature research and results demonstration are proposed.It recommends that market rules should be followed according to local conditions.
