摘要
通过阶段性抽样调查医学生数据,综合研判医学生的思想状况及其相关因素,切实解决医学生的实际问题;积极引导医学生增强“大爱为医”的使命感,落实高校“立德树人”的根本任务。选取北京某医学院1999名学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查方法进行思想状态调查,主要就医学生思想状况及相关因素进行评价反馈。结果显示,71.1%的学生将自身成长成才归因于环境的积极因素;66.5%的医学生压力来源于学业与就业;95.9%的医学生对于学校有高度认同感;50.0%以上的医学生认为教师(辅导员)能够帮助自己解决实际问题等。研究发现,北京某医学院医学生的思想状况总体平稳良好;学业与就业是医学生主要的思想压力来源;教师与辅导员(班主任)以及校园文化在医学生思想教育中发挥了积极作用;遇到个人交友和婚恋、职业发展和就业问题时,医学生主动向学校求助的比例相对较低。
By conducting a phased sampling survey of medical student data,we comprehensively assess the ideological status and related factors of medical students,and effectively solve their practical problems;Actively guide medical students to enhance their sense of mission of“great love for medicine”and implement the fundamental task of“cultivating morality and cultivating talents”in universities.Selecting 1999 students from a medical college in Beijing as the research subjects,a questionnaire survey method was used to conduct a mental state survey,mainly evaluating and providing feedback on the mental state and related factors of medical students.The results showed that 71.1%of students attributed their growth and success to positive environmental factors;71.7%of medical students’stress comes from their studies and employment;79.8%of medical students have a high degree of identification with the school;More than 50.0%of medical students believe that teachers(counselors)can help them solve practical problems.Research has found that the overall mental state of medical students at a certain medical college in Beijing is stable and good;Academic and employment are the main sources of mental pressure for medical students;Teachers,counselors(class teachers),and campus culture have played a positive role in the ideological education of medical students;When encountering personal dating,marriage,career development,and employment issues,the proportion of medical students actively seeking help from schools is relatively low.
