摘要
城市社区垃圾分类作为垃圾治理的源头之一,是破解“垃圾围城”难题的必要之举,也是美丽城市建设的内在要求。基于此,梳理了1996-2022年的国内城市社区生活垃圾分类的相关文献。研究表明:学界围绕城市社区垃圾分类的行为、问题归因、治理路径、以及相关理论等主题,形成了一批颇有价值的理论成果。从公共性治理视角、研究方法以及多元主体协同共治方面对国内相关研究阐述不足与反思,结合聚焦公共治理视角,重视实证研究、案例研究、比较研究,强调多元主体的协同共治与融合与构建常态化的基层社区治理体系4个层面给予后续研究建议,以期推动国内城市社区生活垃圾分类问题的研究进程和理论构建。
As one of the sources of garbage management,garbage classification in urban communities is necessary to solve the problem of"rubbish siege"and is also an inherent requirement for the construction of beautiful cities.Based on this,this paper compares the literature on garbage classification in urban communities in foreign countries from 1996 to 2022.The research shows that a number of valuable theoretical results have been produced on the behavior,causes,governance and theories of garbage classification in urban communities.This paper also discusses the shortcomings and reflections of domestic research in terms of public governance perspectives,research methods and collaborative governance of multiple subjects,and gives suggestions for follow-up research in four aspects:focusing on public governance perspectives,emphasizing the application of multiple methods in social sciences,emphasizing the collaborative governance and integration of multiple subjects,and building a normalized governance system of grassroots community governance,in order to promote the research and theoretical construction of domestic urban community garbage classification.The aim is to promote the research and theoretical construction of the problem of garbage classification in urban communities in China.
