摘要
太赫兹波在绝缘介质材料传播中不仅具有衰减小,准直性强,穿透性好等优点,而且在成像可视化方面具有较高的分辨率,深受电气设备绝缘缺陷检测领域学者的喜爱。首先概述了太赫兹波的产生和探测技术,介绍了太赫兹时域光谱技术和基于时域、频域信号的特征参量对绝缘缺陷成像的原理,给出了电气设备绝缘缺陷应用太赫兹波检测的典型案例,探讨了目前存在的探测方式选取、缺陷类型识别、在线监测可行性的相关问题,最后对太赫兹技术在电气设备绝缘缺陷检测领域的前景进行了展望。
Terahertz waves have not only the advantages of low attenuation,strong collimation,and good penetration in the propagation of insulating dielectric materials,but also high resolution in imaging and visualization,and are deeply liked by scholars in the field of electrical equipment insulation defect detection.Firstly,the generation and detection technology of terahertz waves are generally described,the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology and the principle of imaging insulation defects based on the characteristic parameters of time-domain and frequency-domain signals are introduced,the typical case of application of terahertz wave for detection of insulation defects in electrical equipment is given,such related problems as the selection of the current existing detection method,identification of defect type,and online monitoring feasibility are discussed.Finally,the application of terahertz technology in the field of electrical equipment insulation defect detection is prospected.
