摘要
基于新能源汽车后市场技术服务领域岗位分析,开展面向中小企业就业的现代学徒制模式高职新能源汽车技术专业学生职业能力提升的路径研究,提出组建多主体一体化育人的产教联盟,以职业能力标准为目标导向,重构职业能力课程体系和评价体系,提高学生的就业质量和职业能力。
Based on the post analysis in the field of post-market technical service of new energy vehicles,a modern apprenticeship model for employment in small and medium-sized enterprises is the path to improve the vocational ability of students majoring in new energy vehicle technology in higher vocational colleges.It is proposed to set up a multi-subject integrated education alliance between education and industry,and restructure the vocational ability curriculum system and evaluation system with vocational ability standards as the goal orientation to improve students'employment quality and vocational ability.
