软岩隧道超前支护施工技术分析

摘要 文章介绍了国内某隧道施工过程中通过合理调整围岩支护方法,安全顺利通过砂岩、泥岩互层段的成功实施案例。该隧道案例超前支护综合考虑了掌子面地下水、围岩完整性、围岩风化程度等围岩实际情况,分析了在砂岩、泥岩类软弱围岩状况下,隧道超前小导管支护在现场的实施必要性、施工关键点以及与初喷混凝土相结合的安全支护方式,总结了围岩支护在隧道掌子面施工中的关键施工技术,可为其他类似地层隧道围岩支护提供建议。 The article introduces a successful implementation case of safely and smoothly passing through sandstone and mudstone interbedded sections through reasonable adjustment of surrounding rock support methods during the construction process of a certain tunnel in China.The advanced support of this tunnel case comprehensively considers the actual situation of surrounding rock such as groundwater in the tunnel face,integrity of surrounding rock,and weathering degree of surrounding rock.It analyzes the necessity of implementing advanced small conduit support in the field,key construction points,and safety support methods combined with initial shotcrete in the condition of weak surrounding rock such as sandstone and mudstone.It summarizes the key construction techniques of surrounding rock support in the tunnel face construction,It can provide suggestions for surrounding rock support of tunnels in other similar formations.
