摘要
在推进共同富裕,实施乡村振兴战略背景下,基于中国31个省市自治区2011-2020年的空间面板数据,借助MATLAB软件实现建模分析,研究了数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的空间溢出效应与异质性。研究结果表明:(1)我国各省市自治区的城乡收入差距总体上呈现出显著的空间依赖性,局部表现为“高高集聚”和“低低集聚”;(2)数字普惠金融及其分指标覆盖广度、使用深度和数字化程度都可以有效地缩小城乡收入差距,且使用深度和数字化程度存在显著的空间溢出效应;(3)经济、教育和产业结构的发展扩大了城乡收入差距,而城市化水平、加大对外开放程度、政府行为和加大基础设施建设则有助于缩小城乡收入差距;(4)数字普惠金融和城乡收入差距存在空间溢出效应;(5)数字普惠金融缩小城乡收入差距在东部地区显著,但在中、西部地区却不显著。因此,重视数字普惠金融的发展,加大对外开放程度和基础设施的建设是未来缩小城乡收入差距的工作重点。
Under the background of promoting common prosperity and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,based on the spatial panel data of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper studies the spatial spillover effect and heterogeneity of digital inclusive finance on urban-rural income gap by using MATLAB software to realize modeling analysis.The results show that:(1)The urban-rural income gap in China’s provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions generally shows a significant spatial dependence,and the local performance is high-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration;secondly,digital inclusive finance and its sub-indicators can effectively narrow the urban-rural income gap in terms of coverage,depth of use and digitization,and there are significant spatial spillover effects in depth of use and digitization.(3)The development of economy,education and industrial structure expands the income gap between urban and rural areas,while the level of urbanization,increasing the degree of opening up,government behavior and increasing infrastructure construction help to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas.(4)Digital inclusive finance and urban-rural income gap have spatial spillover effects;(5)Digital Inclusive Finance narrows the urban-rural income gap significantly in the eastern region,but not significantly in the central and western regions.Therefore,paying attention to the development of digital inclusive finance,increasing the degree of opening to the outside world and the construction of infrastructure are the work to narrow the urban-rural income gap in the future.
