摘要
试验旨在研究蒙兽药巴特尔-7有效成分复方(BSEIC)对腹泻犊牛肠黏膜屏障相关指标的影响。将18头犊牛随机分为健康组(NC组)、腹泻组(EC组)、抗生素组(CIP组)、BSEIC低剂量组(BSEIC-L组)、BSEIC中剂量组(BSEIC-M组)、BSEIC高剂量组(BSEIC-H组),每组3头犊牛。每天对犊牛灌药两次,共7 d。除NC组外,其他5组犊牛在第5 d口服2.50×1011 CFU/mL的致病性E.coli O1,100 mL/头。结果显示,与EC组相比,BSEIC-M组犊牛十二指肠中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05),白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量极显著升高(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01),干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著降低(P<0.05),十二指肠杯状细胞数量极显著升高(P<0.01)。与EC组相比,各用药组犊牛血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性、D-乳酸(D-LA)含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,蒙兽药巴特尔-7有效成分复方能够调节犊牛免疫应答,保护肠黏膜通透性,加强肠黏膜屏障功能。
The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of Mongolian veterinarymedicine Babu-7 compound effective ingredient(BSEIC)on intestinal mucosal barrier related indexes of calves with diarrhea.Eighteen calves were randomly divided into healthy group(NC group),diarrhea group(EC group),antibiotic group(CIP group),BSEIC low dose group(BSEIC-L group),BSEIC medium dose group(BSEIC-M group),BSEIC high dose group(BSEIC-H group),with three calves in each group.The calves were dosed twice daily for 7 d.Except NC group,the calves in other five groups were given 2.50×1011 CFU/mL of pathogenic E.coli O1,100 mL/head orally on the 5th day.The results showed that compared with EC group,the T-AOC,the content of IL-4 and IL-10,the activity of CAT,GSH-Px and SOD in duodenum of BSEIC-M group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of IL-2 was extremely increased(P<0.01),and the content of MDA was extremely decreased(P<0.01),the content of IFN-γ,TNF-α,TGF-βand IL-1βwere significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the number of duodenal goblet cells was extremely increased(P<0.01).Compared with EC group,DAO activity and D-LA content in serum of calves in all treatment groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the compound effective ingredient of Mongolian veterinary medicine Babu-7 can regulate the immune responseof calves,protect the permeability of intestinal mucosa and strengthen the function of intestinal mucosal barrier.
