摘要
[目的]为了更好保障饲料质量安全,推进饲料工业高质量发展。[方法]对陕西省饲料质量安全监管情况进行走访和调研,结合工作实际进行总结和分析。[结果]陕西省饲料质量安全监管存在的问题有:饲料质量安全监管形势复杂,监管体系建设不足,监管队伍薄弱,饲料监测体系无法满足行业发展需求,监管有效性不足。[结论]只有构建权责清晰的监管体系、提高饲料质量安全监管能力、创新饲料质量安全监管手段、健全社会饲料质量安全监管体系,才能保障饲料工业得到高质量发展。
[Objectives]In order to better ensure the quality and safety of feed and promote the high-quality development of the feed industry in Shaanxi province.[Methods]Visits and investigation were conducted on the supervision of the quality and safety of feed in Shaanxi Province,and summaries and analyses were made based on practical work.[Results]The problems in the supervision of the quality and safety of feed in Shaanxi Province included the complex situation of supervising the quality and safety of feed,insufficient construction of supervision system,weak supervision team,inability of feed monitoring system to meet the development needs of the industry,and insufficient effectiveness of supervision.[Conclusions]The high-quality development of the feed industry can be ensured only by establishing a clear regulatory system with clear rights and responsibilities,improving the ability to supervise the quality and safety of feed,innovating methods of supervising the quality and safety of feed,and improving the social supervision system of the quality and safety of feed.
