摘要
为了解决矿山生产中除尘振筛机由于采用单负压口所引起的除尘效率低的问题,本文尝试将多负压口设计应用于振筛机设备中,并以东山白云岩矿项目现有除尘设备为基础,对其进行多负压口优化设计。通过数值模拟方法并以除尘设备阻力、功率和有效除尘体积比为参数指标,分析了不同多负压口设计方案对内部流动情况和除尘效果能耗的影响。研究结果表明,方案2为最优方案,有效除尘体积比为44.9%,相比于原始设备增加1.9%;除尘设备阻力为6.7 kPa,相比于原始设备减少22.3 kPa;功率为364.9 kW,相比于原始设备减少1214.6 kW。
In order to solve the problem of low dust removal efficiency caused by single negative pressure port of dust removal vibrating screen machine in mine production,this paper tries to apply the design of multiple negative pressure ports in the design of vibrating screen machine.Based on the existing de-dusting equipment of Henan Wanshan,the design of multi-negative pressure port is optimized.By using numerical simulation method,the influence of different multi-negative pressure port design solutions on the flow field and energy consumption of dust removal effect is analyzed with the parameters of resistance,power,effective dust removal volume ratio and average air speed and deviation of dust removal equipment.The results show that different schemes have different effects on dust removal effect and energy consumption.Based on several indicators,option 2 was judged to be the optimal solution,with an effective dust removal volume ratio of 44.9%compared to the original equipment,a dust removal equipment resistance of 6.7 kPa compared to the original equipment,a reduction of 22.3 kPa,and a power of 364.9 kW compared to the original equipment,a reduction of 1214.6 kW.
