摘要
目的在呼吸内科护理管理工作中应用故障树分析法管理,探究该管理方式在呼吸内科护理管理质量持续改进中的临床应用价值。方法选取淄博市第四人民医院内科2021年1月—2022年12月期间26名在职护理人员为研究对象,按照时间顺序,实行不同管理方式,2021年1—12月期间实行常规管理方案,2022年1—12月期间实行故障树分析法管理方案,观察比较护理人员故障树分析法管理前后的护理管理质量评分、护理人员综合素质评分、管理不良事件发生率。另选取与护理人员同期患者136例,2021年1—12月期间接收患者68例为对照组,2022年1—12月期间接收患者68例为观察组,比较两组患者对管理服务满意程度。结果观察组患者总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,护理人员护理管理质量各项评分均明显高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,护理人员综合素质各项评分均明显高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科护理管理中实行故障树分析法管理方案,能显著提升患者对护理服务满意程度,减少管理不良事件发生率,并能提升护理人员护理管理质量评分和综合素质评分。
Objective Apply fault tree analysis method management in the nursing management of respiratory medicine department,and explore the clinical application value of this management method in the continuous improvement of nursing management quality in respiratory medicine department.Methods 26 in-service nursing staff from the Internal Medicine Department of the Fourth People's Hospital of Zibo City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,different management methods were implemented in chronological order.A routine management plan was implemented from January to December 2021,and a fault tree analysis management plan was implemented from January to December 2022.Observed and compared the nursing management quality scores,comprehensive quality scores of nursing staff and the incidence of adverse events in management before and after management using fault tree analysis.Another 136 patients were selected from the same period as nursing staff,68 patients received from January to December 2021 as the control group,and 68 patients received from January to December 2022 as the observation group.The satisfaction level of management services was compared between the two groups of patients.Results The overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the nursing staff's nursing management quality scores were significantly higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the comprehensive quality scores of nursing staff were significantly higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the fault tree analysis management plan in respiratory internal medicine nursing management can significantly improve patients'satisfaction with nursing services,reduce the incidence of manage‐ment adverse events,and improve the nursing management quality score and comprehensive quality score of nursing staff.
